Even with the best software you might get stuck from time to time. No matter whether there are data errors, problems with the software handling or software bugs: sometimes you may want to call and ask for assistance. We offer a telephone hotline that is available to our customers.

Hotline service hours:
Monday to Friday (except on public holidays)
9:00 am to 12:00 pm and
2:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Outside our hotline service hours we offer e-mail support. Send an e-mail with your inquiry to support@geomarketing.de. Please attach all relevant files to your e-mail that may help us to quickly understand and solve your problems (e.g. an EasyMap workbook, a DistrictManager project file or a screenshot). Please do not forget to quote a phone number in your e-mail so that we can call you if necessary.
